In addition to reporting the incident as soon as possible, we recommend you follow the below steps if an incident occurs.

- Move to a safe location if possible
- Ensure everyone is safe
- Call emergency services if needed

Retrieve third party details
- Their name and phone number
- Their email and address
- Their number plate (vehicle registration)
- Their insurance details (if available)

Prepare Vehicle Information
- Your name and contact number
- Your vehicle make and model
- Your number plate (vehicle registration)

Collect incident Details
- Date, time and location
- Weather conditions
- Police reference (if involved)
- Description of the incident
- Any photos of the damage and vehicles involved
Reporting a claim
You can report a claim via the Flock Portal or directly here.
Through the Flock website
- Go to Report a Claim
- Enter the number plate of your vehicle involved in the incident, and the date of incident
- Continue through the form, crucially adding third party information (if involved)
- Submit the incident and await your confirmation email

- Listen to the options and select based on the policy number prefix (find the prefix on your policy schedule or in the Flock portal).
